I worked closely with PrimaryMarkets to turn their offline secondary trading business into a bespoke financial marketplace product with multiple complex integrations for escrow, KYC/AML, and HubSpot.
I led each phase of the project build including post-launch where we measured and improved areas of the product in agile sprints.
