I was instrumental in landing the Lyft account amid fierce competition and it was an amazing ride the entire way through. We became Lyft's web Agency of Record and I led the design of Lyft's electric scooter launch, redefined their entire SEO approach, and helped position their ESG initiatives.
Our largest project was to redefine how Lyft Business was presented to the world with a from-scratch build and multi-year post-launch support.
